We will work together to discover the experiences, beliefs, programmes, and emotions that are holding you back; to transmute this energy so that you are able to make beautifully empowered decisions and step into the life that you are here to live.
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, an Advanced Accredited Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, and one of the first 100 Energy Alignment Method Mentors and an Akashic Records Consultant. Find out more about my journey here.
When you work with me, my sessions are entirely tailored to you and what you wish to achieve. I have integrated the principles and learning from my many modalities so that I can support you in a safe, effective, and loving way.

We all experience pain and challenges from time to time, but when that pain or that challenge is stopping us from having the life we know we could have, and from finding joy and meaning in our relationships, our work, and in the world in general, then we reach for the courage to seek support. Psychotherapeutic Counselling could be that support for you. It provides a safe and confidential space for you to explore, grow, and understand yourself, and ultimately make wonderful choices that empower you.
HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a beautifully natural, calming and effective way of working with our subconscious mind to change unwanted behaviours and ways of thinking. Hypnotherapy creates a concentrated and relaxed state that allows the focus of a particular idea, concept or lifestyle adaptation. It’s a wonderful way of achieving the change you desire and deserve.
EFT & MATRIX REIMPRINTING
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or “Tapping” is a beautiful technique that works on the principle that everything is energy, including us, and that by focusing on our experience and by gently tapping (acupressure) the end point of our meridians (our energy pathways) that we are able to clear blocked energy and return to our natural state of balance.
We might experience that suck energy as physical pain, emotional discomfort, negative and limiting beliefs, thoughts, and expectations. When our undesired experience is resolved, we are able to make empowered choices as to how we want to show up in our lives.
Matrix reimprinting uses EFT too, and here we focus our intentions on the challenging, traumatic and limiting experiences from our past. By acknowledging the younger versions of us (our inner child), we are able to encourage them to feel safe, to feel supported and to choose new and nourishing beliefs about themselves and the world.

EAM® is a beautiful tool that allows us to work at the level of energy, emotion, thought, and belief to change the energy that has come before and to allow us to make empowered choices about how we wish to live and experience life moving forward. EAM® seamlessly unites and utilises the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, applied kinesiology, positive psychology, the universal laws, neuro-scientific research, quantum physics and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) – an absolute power team.
EAM® gives us a 5 step process that allows us to release reversed and resistant energy and choose to be in our flow, balance and love state.
AKASHIC RECORDS CONSULTING
The Akashic Record is truth and love. It is the living record that holds the truth of your soul and its creation story through all dimensions, planes, spaces, and times. From the moment your soul makes the choice to extend its existence from Source, and until its return, a field of energy is created to record every thought, word and action.
Not surprisingly, within your human experience, when you are in the energy of your soul, you receive healing from learning the truth about who you are, why you are here and why events and patterns occur in your life.
